DESCRIPTION
The Extended IP server imodule enables the collection of Call Data Records “CDR” from networked phone systems nodes. The SMDR programming for each node needs to be set to Client mode. As calls are made CDR is pushed to the IP address and TCP port on the Callwhere server. Callwhere is programmed to run in the TCP/IP Server mode, the application will listen on the TCP port for Client’s to connect . Once connected, Callwhere will collect and process data from each node.
REQUIREMENTS
The Extended IP Server Module requires Callwhere Pro 7 Network version.
All phone system nodes must have unique station numbering.
