Real-Time Station Monitor
Although most telephone systems provide call records at the conclusion of the call. with the station montior you can still observe the station phone activity of your organization as the calls are completed. The ability to monitor as close to real-time as possible can give you a heads up notice of telephone usage. If your phone system provides Caller ID and/or Caller Name, you would quickly be able to see who called and what person talked to the caller. If you are interested in how many calls a person has taken or made, the call count rallies all the calls for each station.
