Callwhere Add-Ons

External Billing Module: The Callwhere® External Billing Module provides the ability to create call costing files that interface with Property Management and Billing Systems. The module enables the Callwhere’s Call Collector to save call record information in a text file configured for billing systems. Callwhere® Pro provides pre-formatted files for Club Systems, Pro Law and Rez Book. Callwhere® Pro also includes a custom format option that configures the text file format for importing to virtually all Property Management and Billing Systems. This also includes the ability to output the text record to a serial port as well as writing to a file.

Remote Sites Feature: The Remote Sites Feature module collects data from remote sites and saves them in a text file format for processing at a central site. The Remote SMDR Collector works in conjunction with the Remote Sites Feature for centralized multi-site call accounting.

Hospitality Module: The Callwhere® Pro Hospitality Module provides the ability to track and bill telephone charges for your guests. Using the Hospitality Module, you can print a list of calls and charges when your guest checks out. The Hospitality Module also provides an audit report which shows the check in time, the check out time and the total charges for each guest. The Hospitality Module has its own database and costing structure, allowing you to setup separate costing tables for both Callwhere® Pro and the Hospitality Module.
