During this time, we are happy to provide light training on installation, organizational
management, report construction / scheduling, and preventative maintenance.
Beyond that, you may contact us regarding hourly support or purchase support for the entire year w/ an End User Support Agreement or $100 per incident (max 4 hours).
AA Teledata utilizes all available resources to ensure that your product is functional and configured to your satisfaction: Call, chat, email, trouble ticket ticket, or remote desktop session.
